Payments

 

1. The date of the order is considered “booked” and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment that is non-refundable after 72 hours. After 3 days I have invested in product and supplies for your order to be fulfilled properly, and on time. 

2. A refund for cancellations within 72 hours of booking will be issued, subject to a 15% Cancellation fee. Unfortunately, I turn down other orders in order to take yours so that I can give each set the attention it needs to produce a quality product.

3. Rush orders may be able to be accommodated, subject to a $15/dozen rush fee, should my schedule allow it.

4. Rush Orders and Rush Order Fee's are non-refundable, and excluded from any refund policy mentioned above.

5. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled pick up time within 30 minutes with no phone call or communication by chat, Ney’s Cookie Craze will donate the work in your name. No refund will be provided, but my time and the cookies will not be wasted and will make a local family in need very happy!

 

Liability

 

1. Ney’s Cookie Craze is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from products/services provided.

2. Ney’s Cookie Craze is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone NOT employed by Ney’s Cookie Craze.

3. Once the product leaves Ney's Cookie Craze's hands we are not responsible for any damage done to the product during loading, transit, setup, storage, etc.

 

Changes to Order

 

1. Any changes made to orders are subject to prior Ney’s Cookie Craze approval and subject to appropriate price change, paid up front.

2. There will be no changes allowed 14 days prior to the pick up date.

 

Allergy & Dietary Warnings

 

1. Ney’s Cookie Craze products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with serve food allergies at this time.

2. The Client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards, and Ney’s Cookie Craze will communicate ability to accommodate restrictions. If you have food allergies, best you do don’t order from me as my home kitchen contains most common allergies.

3. This product is homemade and is not prepared in an inspected food establishment. Oregon Food Handlers card on file, and all applicable guidelines are met are followed.

 

Content

1. Ney’s Cookie Craze reserves the right to use all photographs, video, other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.

All outlined terms are considered accepted by consumer upon payment.
